That's because he only uses this name when during his terror work. During the normal days he uses his other name like
A-ladin, he will not use B-ladin. And he don't wear robes and turban, most probably in t-shirt and jeans.
Anyway what's the use of finding him, we should find the whole network and just stop fighting. The best defence is to educate the people.
Countries should be fair to each other, we are just a global village, so just share and start to set common policies and law. We have to live in a world of multi races and beliefs, so we just punish individuals and not countries. You know war always started because of a few and a bunch of evil jokers.
Hope the so called leaders of the world will understand that dominance may be due to your strength but we should not abuse our given strength to disadvantage the weak. Nor the weak should be hateful of the strong but be independent and find your strength and work towards your strength. This world will inherently be of in-equilibrium, if only bullies and terrors are tamed, the world will be a better place.

becuase the CIA is protecting him! part of the 911 setup for Bushy-boy to get the country behind him in order to go into the middle east and set up a string hold.
if you have a free hour and a half look up Loose Change 2 on google and watch the movie. it doesnt say 911 was a setup but rather raises some very and many interest questions, definitely worth your time!

If we placed no limits on the military... that they couldn't do it?
we really haven't tried that hard... I don't think we've never had as many people in Afghanistan as we have in Iraq right now...
so, we made our priorities... Iraq, the land with very few 9-11 connections, over Afghanistan and Pakistan, the areas with the majority of high level 9-11 connections...

The Bush administration does not want him dead or captured. They want to use him to perpetuate the justification for being in Iraq. This is why he ordered the tropps out of Afghanistan where he was hiding and into Iraq.

we cant fin him because we cant say we searched this area so he cant be here because he is constantly moving. also pakistan is a muslim country and by muslim law if someone is need of help you let him in your house and help him out. and if he tells you to not tell the U.S. you are here you do it or you don't go to heaven. Need i say more.
