Before it is an embryo it is a blastocyst - a cluster/ball of cells as mentioned. However, this depends on if the ball mentioned is hollow or not.

I believe it is the morula. A blastula is a hollow ball of cells that forms from the morula.

I think it may be an embryo- then it's fetus. I THINK. Not sure.
