Its when the embryo attaches itself to the outside of the uterus. Very dangerous and should be taken care of before 10 weeks. In all or most cases, the embryo has to be aborted.

It's a pregnancy that does not implant in the uterus as it should. Instead, the egg implants in the fallopian tubes. It can be very dangerous, and the baby will not survive.

Well we have the ovaries(egg is produced there), the fallopian tubes (a place where egg is fertilized by the sperm and a chanel for the egg to move down) and the uterus (where fetus grow up). Normal case, fertilized egg will go down to uterus. Etopic case, it'll just stay at the tube and grow. If burst, mother will die.

a pregnancy that implpants outside of the uterus, usually in the fallopian tube, but sometimes in the cervex, on the outside of the uterus or in the abdominal wall. It is not a viable pregnancy, and can be fatal if it goes unresolved.

it is when the embryo implants itself in one of the fallopian tubes instead of the uterus. ectopic pregnancies are rare and very dangerous it could kill the mother and the pregnancy is always terminated and may lose her fallopian tube as well

the baby grows outside of the womb, this kind of pregnancy requires an abortion because it's very risky for the baby and the mother to try to survive the pregnancy.
