Holy cow! It's hard enough being twins without having rhyming names! I'd go for something a bit more subtle...for boys maybe George and John, for the first two Presidents. I'm thinking along the lines of the Cosby Show where the twins were named Nelson and Winnie after the Mandelas. Name them after important and respectable people and let them know why you value their names so much. Maybe Victoria and Elizabeth for girls...two former powerful Queens of England.

Names are all a matter of preference. I am a mother of twin boys. When choosing their names, I was certain to make them individual and completely not similar in any way. My boys are Caleb and Darius.

My reason for this was that since they are twins and will share virtually everything, I want them to have their own identity. My boys are not identical, but people still confuse them for one another. I can't help but wonder how much more severe the confusion would be if their names rhymed or began with the same letter.
