being as one earth year is 365 1/4 days and one pluto year is about 248 earth years,does the argument stand, that if my twin and myself were born,one on each celestial body,at the same time,and met 248 years later,would one of us be 248 years old and the other a year old.do we age due to revolutions around the sun or by the passage of time.

We age because of the biological clock in our bodies not because of spins around the sun

And if we called our days, years, then you would be 365 1/4 years old, older only by the naming contention of time. We get old not by the passing of time based on what we call time, a day a year a century, we age on the slow decline in our bodies. So in your scenario you would look the same, two very old looking guys, only in naming one would be older or younger. .
