I talked to my Mom today! I am on a tight income so I can't really afford to get her anything. She knows this! I will call her again on Sunday! She is far away, but I do call her once a week to let her know that we are ok with my Ex I have to or she will worry big time. I would be happy with any gift as long as it was given in love the rest does not matter!

Unfortunately, I will be delivering flowers to her grave. She has been gone 10 years and I still miss her very much. I also put flowers on the altar at church in her memory.

As for me, being the mother of an only child, I would really like to go out to dinner with him somewhere so we can sit and talk. I also would love a current picture of him in a nice frame. But doubt if either one of these happen.

I'm going together with my brother and sis in law to get my mom something nice for her garden. She found a huge angel playing the heart that sits outside and stands up. My mom loves her gardens and I made her a nice card from my hallmark card studio disk. I tell my mom how much I love her and apperciate her everyday. I don't just do it on mother's day.

I make homemade fudge for a very special gift. Moms love handmade and home made gifts. Always better than boughten. They like to go out to eat also. No dishes that way.

I bought my mom a spa basket that has bath salts and stuff like that. She lives in a different states so, unfortunately, we won't be together on the day. If you're crafty it would be cool to make something though. Just give your Mom something you know she'll enjoy.

My Mom is the best! I always try to let her know how much I appreciate her.

Mothers are special and desire to be appreciated everyday of your life. You spent 9 months in her uterus. Unfortunately my mother died in 1961. I am still sad and miss her terribly. If she were alive, I would give her a diamond for every tear she has ever shed. God bless all mothers. Mother seem to always love expensive perfume, name brand purses and jewelry.

Im taking my mom to a spa so she can relax, she will also have a pedi/mani done too. After that I plan on taking her out to eat @ her favorite restaurant. I decided this yr I will be doing this on Fridays because doing it on the actual day is to long of a wait at any of the nice restaurants.

i'm so sorry on your loss. 40 3 is any such youthful age to be taken far flung from her relatives. i haven't any suggestion, different than to talk to somebody to help deal including your grief. i don't think of the sensation ever is going away, you merely study to stay with it. bear in mind, she's continuously on your heart and bear in mind each and all of the solid innovations you have of her. I wish I had extra to assert.
