How can I make a XP Boot CD?

Question

I need to make a boot CD. I have Nero7, Winini and DeepBurner how can I get any of these to help me out?

This is an excellent website. Explains the procedure in easy to understand terms. Please check it out. Lots of good material. Not a bad idea to print it or copy to a file.
