I couldn't agree more - the man is a fool. He was an awful GM, and he's shown why many times on Baseball Tonight. Most of what comes out of his mouth is pure garbage, and it's insulting that ESPN actually allows him to write a column that keeps company with those by smart baseball people like Peter Gammons.

This is the guy who has said things like, "Pitchers earn their run support," and who talks about heart, grit, toughness, etc., without paying any attention to who may or may not actually be a good player. He's bad enough that the Fire Joe Morgan site has a tag for him, and if you check, there are plenty of entries in which he makes a fool of himself.

Baseball Tonight could, and should, be a great show, but they insist on populating it with fools.

He is an idiot. Besides the time he said the Braves are going to win the WS this year. But then again, that doesn't take much more than common sense.

Is he the gray haired guy w/ the mustache on ESPN Baseball Tonight?

Either way, I don't like most of ESPN when it comes to baseball, as they love Barry too much and carry far too many Yankees games.

I do, most of the time. If he wasn't an idiot and really knew what he was doing, he'd be working for a baseball team and not ESPN.

no i think he is fine sometimes he can be annoying but i think that skip bayliss is the worst ever and should be kicked off 1st and 10 show.

Also I really can stand the new memeber of the monday night crew Ron "Jaws" Jaworksi is going to ruin the monday night football crew more than it already is

kornheiser is the only guy that is entertaining to listen to even tho he may not know too much what he is talking about

jaworski always has to have the last word and thinks he knows what he is talking about.
