I have 4 children and they all started to roll over about 3 months till it was perfected.. My youngest is 6 months and I would have to say he was about 5 months, before he actually was picking anything up. Babies grow and learn more everyday, best way to answer your question tho, is when he ready to do something, he will do it. Just like sitting up or crawling.. It takes practice, along with how much time you spend working with him..
Your other question about being pregnant.. I cant help ya there. I know when I had my last child, my periods were all screwed up and I skipped a few months without one, and then I flooded the next..There were a few times I wondered if I was pregnant again.. I would recommend going to your ob and having a check up if you have any slight suspicion, that way you can start getting the prenatal care you need right away, especially after just delivering.. Good luck and I wish ya the best..

You need to seperate those two questions, they dont go together. And how are we suppost to know if you could be pregnant again, you need to add more info.
And as far as the baby rolling over to get toys, my son rolled over often at 3 months but didnt start grabbing toys until about 5 months, but every baby is different.

Every baby is different. Most of the time, they will be around 4 months. My son didn't start rolling until he was 6 months old, but was already grabbing toys at 4 months.

My boys rolled over before 4weeks old and were grabbing at toys by 10 weeks. My kids are early about everything so I don't know what to look for. I'm not sure about the rest of your question, but you can get pregnant again very soon after the baby comes.

Uhm what would your baby's developmental rate have to do with you being pregnant or not? I don't understand that at all...
1/2 of babies should be able to grasp toys and roll over at 4 months.

Say what? I don't quite understand.
My daughter started to roll over and grab things at the end of her 4th month/beginning of her 5th month. The rest of the question is very incoherent.
