O yea, that weird tingly feeling is probaby withdrawals... I get SEVERE tingling... kinda like I'm leaving my head behind, like my body is moving faster than my head whenever I have tried to go off of Zoloft. Just go off of it slowly. It sucks, but you can do it!!
Also, look into taking a Fish oil supplement to help with your depression during pregnancy. There are other things you can try that are also safe. Acupuncture and yoga help alot!
Hope that helps!

Hi there, I have been on Zoloft for 3 years too. I tried to wean myself off slowly and the with-drawls were rough to say the least! I had rebound anxiety, shakes, crying, felt like I was going crazy! Call your Dr. ASAP I'm sure he will call you in a refill until you can get in to see him. Never run out of your meds like that. Stopping anti depressants cold turkey is dangerous! Being that Zoloft is non narcotic, he should have no problem calling you in a script. He may even have some samples that you can just go and pick up from the Dr. office without an appt. Best of luck! This sounds a lot like withdrawals from the medication. A lot of people experience vertigo when they quit the medication cold turkey. Is it possible you could take just half a pill to combat the withdrawals? I'm not sure how safe it is/isn't for the baby, but you may want to look it up either on webMD or on the info that comes with your prescription. Another option is to call the pharmacist. They will be able to assist you with possible dangers of continuing, or they may tell you it is safe to "wean" yourself from the medication. Good Luck

Could I suggest you talk about this with a doctor...A friend of mine (a guy) came off zoloft and it was very stressful for him--seriously not fun at all. Considering the ordinary stress of pregnancy it could be a good idea to continue with the zoloft, or maybe get a substitute drug, at least thru the pregnancy. In any event, please talk it over with your doctor at your earliest opportunity. ASAP. Good luck!

You should be talking to the doctor who put you on Zoloft about this. It's a serious drug with some bad side-effects (especially withdrawals) when you come off of it. Stop posting on YahooA! and call your doctor NOW.

Can't speak for the pregnancy part, but the zoloft part you would have started to feel within 48 hours of stopping.
