I have a friend who has had her period for almost 9 months can she still be pregant.

I am not sure i understand. Was she pregnant 9 months ago? It has been known that there has been some women whos had their period through the whole pregnancy. But if she was pregnant 9 months ago, she would be showing, if she isn't and has her period, then it is most obvious that she is not.

Our limited commonsense tells us that pregnancy and menstrual periods don't go together, though a little spotting once in a while is not abnormal. So, most probably she is not pregnant and if her belly is enlarged, some other reasons need to be ruled out. A doctor is the right person to decide the course of action.

I don't get your question. You are saying your friend found out she was pregnant, then she has been constantly bleeding for 9 months?! She should be seeking medical help ASAP. There is no way she can bleed that long.
Hmmm.... does she look like she's 9 months pregnant????

it is possible although extremly rare. i would like more details as to why she or you thinks she may be pregnant anyways, what symptoms is she having? and if shes had it for nine months she would be having the baby any day now. if it is a true concern the best thing to do is to make an appointment with an OBGYN asap! they can answer any questions as well as provide the correct care if she is pregnant, or help her with her obvious medical problems if shes not.

i had my period the first 3 months and my mom had it the first 6 my friend had it the whole time it depends on the baby's position and how they move and your body she should still go get a blood test at the doctors to see because the urine tests don't always work

If she has had sex then YES she could be pregnant.
Even the pill is not 100%
Always use the most protection as possible (pill and condom)

No, the only way for a pregnant girl to have a period is if she has a miscarriage. Shes not pregnant.
