i don't think of so. He certainly had the expertise in l. a., bu there are ALOT of communities with super expertise that don't win titles. The Jazz by no skill gained a difficulty with 2 HOF gamers for 10 years, as an occasion. The Mavs continuously container a beginning 5 of all-stars, no titles. that is not ordinary to win titles, no count number what the roster, and additionally you're able to be able to't blast a coach for prevailing titles, for ANY reason! on a similar time as different coaches could have gained with what Riley had, they don't have. consistent with probability Van Gundy wins that identify, yet who placed the team jointly? certainly the identify win became an disenchanted, and Riley does deserve some credit there. average, Riley took a team that became a doormat and made them champs -- will not be able to deny that. he's a HOF coach. That mentioned, it quite is time for him to circulate. Roster strikes at the instant have killed them, and Miami is in a foul spot. each and every coach finally passes their time, no count number how super they're. Riley's time could have come.
