I could not agree with you more.
She has been under the mistaken impression that her families money can buy her way out of anything.
She has been allowed to get away with some much and damn the consequences
She was busted for driving under the influence in Sept 2006.
She was convicted in November and given 36 months probation, a $1,500 fine and a suspended license and ordered to go to an acohol education class.
She was busted on Jan 15, for driving erratically and with a suspended license. She signed a document acknowledging that she was aware her license was suspended. She was stopped again Feb 27, and busted again for driving without a valid license.
She was in deep doodoo for probation violation then and with the threat of possible jail time she could not even take her sorry a*s to court on time. I am sure that also pissed off the judge, her showing up late.
It is a reminder that money does not buy class.
So the judge came down a bit hard. If the judge was really a hardass, she could have gone to jail for the remainder of probation time she violated. She better be happy with those 45 days

She should not be treated any differently than anyone else in this situation. She does something wrong, she should get punished the same way someone else would who got caught doing this and that's that. All her money can't save her now. Maybe she will learn her lesson though! What would she have done if she would have ran over and killed a person because of her drinking and driving? I mean seriously. It's so sad that America's youth is so obsessed with this person, not a good role model at all and now maybe kids and whoever looks up to her and idolizes her will realize that she is a loser.

Hell yeah, celebrities are human beings merely like us. luckily for each guy or woman else.. We arent spoiled to the extremes like a number of them. Paris probable merits an prolonged sentence than merely 40 days or regardless of it quite is. 60 could've been... suitable. Wouldnt that be a shame if she didnt study something from this journey? LOL

I definitely agree with you 45 days is nothing compared to what you or I would have gotten. And Its not like she will be in general population they said that they would keep her isolated because of how she is. She did the crime (3 times I think), Now she has to do the time.

Agreed. She needs to serve every hour of her conviction. She's so rich, she should have hired a driver in the first place. That was just dumb on her part.

I want to believe she has no brains, the judge should ban her from driving ever again....... Oh! I forgot she has money. She is lucky to be getting away with such a short sentence.

honestly if we did exactly what she did, I'd say we would have worse punishment. She got off easy.
