Are you actually pregnant? The doctors usually take the last day of your last period. So i would say you are about 3-4 weeks.

You start counting from the first day of your last period. Therefore, if it was April 4th, you are 5 weeks and 1 day. At this stage, only the sac has formed. The baby will take form in the next couple of weeks. Therefore, at the most you should have gained is 1-2 lbs. If your clothes are tight at this point, it's not from the baby. Call your OB asap to make your first prenatal appointment, if you haven't done so already. Best wishes.

The first thing you should do , if you haven't already, is make an appointment with a doctor to confirm the pregnancy and ask him/her any questions or concerns you may have. Some things are better left in the hands of trained professionals

You would be 3-4 weeks. Your clothes would be getting tight only from water retention, not from a baby growing in your uterus.

5 weeks 1 days by last period and sure your clothes could be uncomfortable already. You could be quite a bit bloated but its not actually the baby pooching out yet.

5 weeks and 1 day pregnant.

Though the baby is only 3 weeks and 1 day old. (gestation)

Your due date would also be January 9.

Type in "pregnancy calculator" into your search bar and you will get back lots of results that not only assist in calculating due dates, etc... but help by giving you week by week details of your bab's growth.

Congrats! :)
