The more simple the better. Jeans and t-shirt is sexy.

When a guy wears semi-baggy jeans [that stay at the waist -no boxers showing-] with a cute-casual button down shirt over a white undershirt, its hot. I don't know why, it just is.
Other wise just a relaxed tee with cool words or pics on it. And gotta have cool shoes.

I like for a guy to wear urban style clothing or just about anything that makes a guy look his best. tuxedo jackets and jeans make a guy look sexy, too.

I like the SoCal guy look... all the little gals around here call it the "Bro" look. My husband wears Dickies shorts/pants, Volcom, Hurley, SRH, etc. shirts, Chuck Taylor tennis shoes or Rainbow brand flip-flops... he's hot! Did I mention tattoos? Lots of tattoos.

Simple jeans not too baggy or it looks soooo stupid.
Tshirts but they gotta be hot just get em from hollister, af, ae, aero or pacsun.
Polos... alot of guys can pull them off but some can't...
hats, beanies are hot on guys idk y lol i just think it looks hott
big skate shoes
I have no idea why but I LOVE skater guys, they just look so frickin hot!
nice button down shirt over a tee shirt is cool too, i love that look its like im hot but laid back

depends on the girl and on situation. Jeans & T-Shirts during dating, a decent formals while for function or while meeting with her parents/relatives. May be, nude in bed.
