This isn't about racism, its about a man who stated "I won't sleep until I find my wife's murderer" Yet spent over 200 days on the golf course last year and spent the other 165 days writing a book on how he would kill her if he did it. Sounds like that search for the real killer is going real well.

If the restaurant manager had walked around refusing service to all black people in the restaurant, then maybe that would fly. But, he only kicked out O.J. because of the unwanted havoc he was causing by people coming up to him and getting all giddy. Restaurants usually "reserve the right to refuse service to anyone they see fit". Even O.J. (supposedly) didn't make a big deal about it, and left quietly in a mature manner.

What does race have to do with anything? All Black people don't think or act alike. We do have individual brains and opinions on matters, we're not monolithic!
So NO Black people shouldn't give a crap about O.J. being asked to leave that restaurant because everyone knows he is guilty as all get out and was arrogant enough to write a book talking about "IF" I killed them, here's how I would have did it. His lack of respect, humanity and compassion for his children's feelings, on top of him showing no remorse for what happened, means I have sympathy for him or whatever consequences he has because of his actions. Being asked to leave is the least of what should have happened to him. He should be in jail, with no patrol.
edited to add:
To the poster that stated OJ reflects badly on "our" race. Are you kidding me? OJ reflects poorly on no one but HIMSELF. If you judge an entire group of people based on the actions of one self absorbed, arrogant person, then that isn't saying much about you.

I seriously doubt race is even an issue. I have the feeling the restaurant owner involved would probably have thrown out Robert Blake, as well. I would have.
Injustice is injustice, regardless of race.

I think this racial card has been played out as far as it can go with oj. Face it folks he is GUILTY as sin and the fact that he was an actor is just more evidence that he was ACTING when he tried on the golves.
I for one am glad that he was thrown out of the restaurant. A non-convicted killer has no business being in a restaurant-they should be behind bars with all the other animals.
That is my opinon and if you don't like it too bad for you.

No, but it seems they will. Scuttle butt is that he will sue using race. But, the law says restaurants and other places have the right to serve whoever they want or don't want. If they had a sign up to that effect OJ got screwed legally.

He has the right to refuse service to anyone...Sounds like he has an issue with guys proved to be (by a civil court) murderers rather than blacks....
