In internet i view certain web pages,pictures etc,after finishing -From START(At left bottom) command if we click..in the documents coloumn all these pages visited stored in documents>There is no privacy,how to stop this,ple dvise.

If you don't want to loose your history altogether you may also want to change the directory being used for your temp internet files. Also under internet options but select the settings button for the temporary files.

Click Start and then Internet Options. On the Internet Properties window click the General tab. Under "Browser History", click Settings. At the bottom of the "Temporary Internet Files and History" window set the "Days to keep pages in history to "0"

Right Click the task bar(the bar with the start button) and select 'properties' and select 'Start Menu Tab' click 'Customize' Select 'Advanced' Tab. At the bottom there is an option to show the recent documents uncheck it and u wont c the recently opened documents or images in start menu again.

For clearing the history do as wat is written by others in the above answers.

Just delete the temp internet files

Well this can help you, try to delete the "My recent Documents" Go to C:\Documents and Settings\(the user's name). And if you click START again it shows empty.
