I Have to say America
Official FBI definition of terrorism:
"Terrorism is the unlawful use of force or violence against persons or property to intimidate or coerce a government, the civilian population, or any segment thereof, in furtherance of political or social objectives."
By its own definition the hypocrite U.S. government is guilty of terrorism — on a massive, international scale. And for over 100 years!
The U.S. government has broken international law and the Geneva Convention many times with its brutal use of force and horrific violence against persons and property, to intimidate and coerce governments, civilian populations, and many segments thereof, in furtherance of political, social and especially economic objectives.
Uncle Sham doesn't honestly care the slightest bit about the suffering of people in the World Trade Center, nor of people anywhere in America. American citizens are just cash cows to be herded this way and that, and perennially lied to. Keep 'em stupid and keep those tax dollars coming in.
And people around the world? If they dare attempt to be free of the American Empire, bomb them back into submission. Our evil rulers care only for preserving their own wealth and power, nothing more.
If we want to live in peace and freedom, people must turn off their mind-controlling T.V. sets, wake up from their mass-media brainwashing and get a clue:
The greatest enemy of the American people is our own terrorist government and military.
the terrorist U.S. military and CIA have trained, armed, funded, provided intelligence and direct military support for fascist puppet-regimes and right-wing death-squads around the world.
This list of nations represents literally millions of human beings all over the world who have been brutally murdered — directly by the United States government/military or by its obediant proxies. Huge though the list is, there is yet more to add. It does, however, contain the most well-known campaigns of American state terrorism, genocide and subversion — all of which are in the historical record for the whole world to see. God only knows what evil the U.S. government and military have committed that remains hidden.
And as long as the United States remains a military power the list of state terror victims will keep growing. These are only a few
Palestine 1948-Present Estimated civilian deaths: 100,000 Palestinian people
Colombia 1960s-Present Estimated civilian deaths: over 67,000 people
Iraq 1991-Present Estimated total civilian deaths: at least 200,000 people directly from the 1991 terror campaign;
1,000,000 — 2,000,000 people since then from the combined effects of depleted uranium poisoning, polluted water and sanctions
Yugoslavia 1992-Present Estimated civilian deaths: over 3000 people from the 1999 terror-bombing
Guatemala 1953-Present American-backed Genocide of the Guatemalan People Estimated civilian deaths: over 200,000 people
El Salvador 1980-Present Estimated civilian deaths: over 75,000 people
East Timor 1975-1999 Estimated civilian deaths: over 200,000 people
Afghanistan 1979-1992 Estimated civilian deaths: over 1,000,000 people

the version between a soldier and a terrorist isn't who they conflict for, yet how they conflict. Terrorists kill civilians and use concern as a weapon. squaddies, on the different hand, work together in attempt against consistent with a set of regulations, and in elementary terms against different squaddies. you could say what you desire relating to the validity of war as a answer to problems, yet "no longer killing unarmed civilians" is a step up from what a terrorist does. it is a step in the wonderful direction.

One is an ethinic group and the other a country. Terrorists can actually be ethier arab or Amercian. So to answer you question it is both and neither. The current terrorist that have gained recent publicity are the islmo-fascists that are threatening to attack the US. However that doesn't mean that they are the only terrorists in the world. If you are talking about the actions of the said groups then again both and neither. Right now their are amom(don't know if that is how you spell it) who are trying to incite hatred in the US. Also there are actions that are being taken by the politicians of the liberal side of this country that are basically following the same plan as the terrorists we are fighting are.

Well, considering the majority of both Arabs and Americans are law-abiding citizens, I'd have to say neither.
Most of your extremist Islamic terrorists are Arab, which makes sense, as most Muslims are Arab and the terrorists organizations were founded in Arabic countries.
Most of what we call "home-grown" terrorists: extremist environmentalist groups, abortion clinic bombers, and white supremacy groups are American, because these terrorist organizations were founded in America.
I don't have access to any statistics comparing the number of terrorists of Arab descent and the number of terrorists of American descent.

the Arabs for sending 15 terrorists to participate in the 9/11 assault. The US for making an unprovoked, pre-emptive strike against a sovereign nation and the subsequent occupation of said country.

Neither. Groups and individuals from both categories. The U.S. officially has Arab allies, and Arab enemies, with enemies among our allies, and friends among our enemies. We also have plenty of native-born terrorists and would-be terrorists scattered living among us, many of European descent, and many organized into well-armed and combat trained self appointed militias. By definition, anyone that deliberately incites fear in an attempt to further his or her own agenda is a terrorist.

This would be from your perspective since you are the one who lives there and experiencing what is going on. It does not bother you that your own people are blowing each other up? If the terriorists did what they did again on 9/11/2001 to the Twin Towers, then it is terrorism for us. We should leave your country so you can finish yourselves off.

Those in the middle east who want to take the USA and Israel out because their religion tells them to. Why would you even say the USA!!! Do we go around setting off car bombs and sneak around with biochemical weapons threatening to destroy with them? If you look up the true meaning of a terrorist and a soldier you would find two different meanings!

let's see. terrorist kill for lack of ability to reason. they blow up schools, hopitals, churches, police stations, public markets and on and on.it is not an arab issue. do not make it to be such. terror is not for a class of people but a mentality.
the US does not do any of this with intention unless say, murderers are held up in these facilities. the US would be out of iraq if only these people stopped killing and solved their problems with words. terrorist can not do this. they do not have the mental capacity for reason. nuff said.
