how can you not know who she is she is like the biggest (but most boring) celebrity

A sudo celebrity. She began at a young age hanging out with known people. Her Mother Kathy was a star in her own right years ago. Paris seemed to get in the news because of her behavior not due to any talent. She was on a reality TV show called The Simple Life with Nicole Ritchie. The daughter (adopted) of Lionel Ritchie musician "Dancing on the Ceiling" Hello etc. Nicole & Paris had a fued that was all over ding dong news. Paris had some boyfriend problems like stealing others etc.
Ms. Hilton got a DUI in LA claimed just one margie.. with a suspended driver's license she drove erratically and was pulled over again. She believes the cops want to date her and target her unfairly. She was sentenced to 45 days in jail for violating these laws. Her friends have supposed to be petitioning the Governator Arnold for a pardon. 96% fans said fry and asta la vista baby do the time.
She is a media created drama princess and a sad distraction to real issues people should care about. Also her pals are Lindsay Lohan and Britney OOPs I did it again Spears. They don't wear alot of under garmets and love a good photo op for all and everything out there.

Paris is a woman who is the daughter of Richard Hilton whose family owns the Hilton Hotel empire. Her mother is Kathy Richards who was a minor television actress.
Paris was on probation for drunk driving and her driving license had been suspended. She continued to drive and was stopped for a minor traffic violation. Found to be driving without a license and was arrested. Her probation was suspended and she has been sentenced to 45 days in jail.
Even a Hilton can not get away with everything.
