I seen a person on megans law ,and the offense is LEWD OR LASCIVOUS ACTS WITH A CHILD UNDER 14 .WHAT DOES MEAN. ? HOW CAN I GET THE FULL DETAILS OF THE CHARGE,,, THANKS

it means he exposed himself, or touched the child in a sexual manner... or he was touching himself in front of the child...
the child was under the age of 14

Means acting out his feelings for a minor, having pic of her, sending inappropriate pics of himself to her. Molastation charges can fall under that as well
