Yes, and not because she is some snotty, rich brat or a celebrity either. She broke the law, plain and simple. I know a lot of people want to defend her and say she is human, she makes mistakes, sure that's true, but she did it more then once! What would you all think had she hit and killed someone that night? Sure you can argue that she didn't so it's ok, but speaking from experience it happens, I was hit by a drunk driver, driving with her lights off. My car was totaled, I broke four ribs, and had a severe concussion (that kept me in the hospital for two days.) A year later my good friend's little sister was riding her bike when she was hit and killed by a drunk driver at 5 pm. So don't argue well it didn't happen, because it does, and if she had the stupidity to get behind the wheel of a car not once but twice, then she deserves to go to jail. She is not above the law simply because Hilton follows her name. She may be a celeb. but she is first and foremost a human, and that means she is subject to the same laws the rest of us are!

Yes, she has got to learn that just because she's famous doesn't mean that she can run around breaking laws. Infact, I think the little b*tch should've gotten a longer sentence. Im getting sick of celebrities who get away with everything just because they have money. I think jail time will be great for Paris, perhaps then she'll realize that she's not better than anyone else.

Adamantly YES.....she's under the impression that she is special. Never has accomplished a damn thing in her lifetime. Costantly calling the middle class "White Trash" ...Well MISS PARIS, 70% of we white trash are better than you...No police records and we have never seen the inside of a jail...... I can personally attest that I am more intelligent and higher class than that dumb jailbird Ho. Most DECENT people do not associate with lowlifes who have CRIMINAL records.

Of course...she did wrong thing, and in front of law everyone should be equal. She is using her money (it's not even her money, that family money) to get out of this situation. She shouldn't do that. She does whatever she wants to do because she has really tons of money, she ignores even LAW, she think through money she can easily control the world. She should learn life through jail experience.

Yes. She broke the law, a judge sentenced her, and so she should go to jail. There's no reason she should evade the consequences of breaking the law just because she fancies herself a celebrity. (Although for the life of me, I can't figure out what she's become famous for).

of course... i hate her, she's the most overrated person on the earth, she deserves to be in jail because she's just like anyone else only more people know her. If it were a person like us, we'd be in jail with no exceptions, but her, its an entirely different story. I don't think it's right.

You break the law, you pay the price. It has nothing to do with your social standing or how much money you have. If it was a poor black guy from Anywhere USA we wouldn't be having this discussion.
