IT IS DIFFICULT YOU TRY ALWAYS POSSIBLE PASSWORD.

password to what? your computer? or web sites?
if its' websites contact webmaster
if it's your personal computer, do google search on "admin password reset" you will find a program, burn it on cd, boot with that cd and run the program and follow instruction and reset the password(or no password), reboot your system again and go to safe mode by pressing F8 (you must go to safe mode first if you do normal boot your password change will stay ineffective the SAM security feature restores the password back to original)
once you get in Safe Mode, your password should be the one you just reset and you will be able to login from there and reset the password again to something you are more comfortable with.

Hi,,
You talking about your computer!!!!!!....... Then Use the trick below
.....In the user choosen window, press Ctrl+Alt+Delete key...
You can see a box.Give user name as "Administrator" and give a blank password and press enter.Now u can sign-in to your computer.and delete your account and create a new one...
------But one think never forgot your password -------
