As someone who has had quite a few I can tell you that you can't make 1 happen.
If you are going to have 1 it is likely to happen when you least expect it.Going to places where lots of supernatural things happen may help but it doesn't gurantee anything.
Some people never have a supernatural experience others have them all the time.

This is a fun thing you can do with friends. Sit at your computer and tell the friends you are going to change your hand from one to five or more. When they stop making smart remarks put your right hand about one inch from the screen with the Little finger on top. Next, move the hand up and down the monitor screen quickly. Your hand will appear in multiple places at once.
There are times when the supernatural to one person is a use of knowledge by another.

Many people seeking a supernatural encounter will go an a Ghost Hunt - try visiting a known haunt in your area-an old school, court house archive, library or house museum and try to be open to the possibility - you may or may not have an encounter but many feel they have some experience in this type of situation. There are many ways to do so. Haunted places, drugs although I really don't think that will be supernatural, having an open mind, etc. However, the quickest way is to become involved with Satan which I would strongly not recommend.

Simulate with a movie by letting a film director give you an experience.
Sorry to say anything else is explainable by science and the things science can't explain you will never experience as supernatural.

You can try astral projection. Attempting to leave the physical body. Just do a search on it and find some good methods. Don't listen too much to sceptics. Although scepticism is a good thing rather make up your mind through your own experiences. I have had repeatable results with many "paranormal" experiments like Astral Projection.

Or, find something more constructive to do with your time? Most people who come into contact with supernatural energy don't have cute little fuzzy good stories to tell, am I the only one who notices that?

Go to the library, search for paranormal in the catalogue, then look at all the books in that section. They should give you instructions with how to do things like have out of body experiences, contact the other side, etc.
