Yes, I derive great pleasure from simple things yet means so much..
listening to my baby sing our love songs
hearing him whisper "sweet nothings"
dreaming about him in oh so many beautiful, wonderful ways
and when am not dreaming about him.. just thinking about him makes me smile and oh am so happy just to picture his eyes and see his lovely smile in my heart and in my mind
oh, forgive this girl.. she's just kraazy and so much in love!
isn't love so simple.. and yet, so divine?

Absolutely .. .If you can't find pleasure in the simple things, then chances are you won't find pleasure in anything. If something really extrordinary has to happen for you to find pleasure, they may come few and far between, and you will not be a very happy person in between.

Heck yes. I've never been one who finds pleasure in money or fame. I find pleasure in great visibilty when I go diving, seeing a great sunrise, having a cold Corona after a long day at work and seeing my cat do silly things.

Surely! Just a beer or 4 or 8. I like to go to the woods or water and just absorb the natural setting, or go fiching, or canoeing. I like to read books, or ride my bike. I think these are simple things, although I do have a more complicated side also.

never. because i don't consider them (things which give me joy) simple. they are the most complete, most special,most intricately simple....simple in their complexity....planting a plant when your job itself is dissatisfying, and ending up appreciating its growth, when everything around stinks, is a very complex emotion, just made simple by its simplicity....but these are all what ultimately matters (along with other things too..for life to go on, everything must go on...the respiration, the excretion, the digestion, thinking, growth, degeneration). enjoy without judging. enjoy the reason why the joy is trying to make u happy. enjoy the growth.

Yes. For example I love sitting on a bench with my sister while eating an Ice Cream cone, and talking about life issues.

In everything I do, it is a matter of maintaining a good outlook. Doesn't always happens, but thats the way to set out at the begining.
