Obviously, I'm a girl. I'm turning 21. I don't have a hell of a lot of money, but I've got some I could spend if I found the right place. I want to drink, I love to dance, but I'm also a pretty classy gal. Oh, and I live in Southern California.

Have your friends take you out. Make sure you have a designated driver. Don't get smashed. Everyone else does it, stay classy. Hurling your guts isn't pretty.

Please do me and everyone else a favor and don't:
a.) Wear a tiara
b.) Drink 21 shots
Do:
a.) Have a good time
b.) Stay away from predatory meat heads looking for action
I was a bartender for a number of years and I swear I had to deal with a 21st birthday every time I worked. It is a special day. It's your last hurdle into adulthood. Have fun, but don't treat it like it's the best thing that's ever happened to you.
