Looking by your specifics, you must have a PC which is 5 or more years old. Most PCs manufactured in that time-period would have support for a maximum of 2 GB of RAM. But your motherboard, if it is built in micro-ATX form factor, would have only two RAM slots, which are both used now. So, you would have to take out your current modules if you want to install new ones.
If you want to be definite about your RAM support, download this free utility called CPU-Z which would tell your motherboard model etc. Then do a web search for the model or go to your manufacturer's site and check the product specs.

you have not stated the brand of the motherboard. (even the processor speed). if you have a manual, just reffer it. if no manuals, open the casing of your CPU, and check the brand of the motherboard (a number printed in big letters on the board.) note it down and note down the number on the "big chip" you'll find on the board. it's called the chipset number. by using both these numbers, search on the net. and you'll get the info you want. GOOD LUCK!!!

Okay.. just go to a computer store and buy RAM. Then open up your computer and look for other cards that are the same color. Look for an open slot next to them and insert it. Then you have more RAM!
