I'm not sure that you need any specific worksheet except for graph paper. If you're just looking for a way to approximate the solution of a system of equations, just graph the two lines and find the point of intersection. For easier problems, th intersection will be an easy point - at (1, 3) or at (-5, 2) for example. Otherwise, the intersection will be somewhere fractional, and you'll have to approximate the answers as (1.5, 3.5) for example.
