You can make it come true by working hard and forgetting about your fated fortune

You'll only be rich if you concentrate firmly on something: either work really really hard at some specialised profession and do really well in it; invent something spectacular; find a rich wife; or find a very rich old man who has a thing for young men; or win the lottery.

Never take anything for granted. Especially friends.

I agree with chillipope.... and it's because I had a feeling that my future was holding something else for me very early on, too... and that "gut feeling" guided me all the way to where I am now. I'm living the life I always thought was in store for me right now!
The choices you will make will lead you to where you are supposed to be, because this "gut feeling"is what you will base your choices on. Good luck for your future!!!

I think the fact you can imagine yourself being rich is confusing an "inner feeling" with hope. You have to ask yourself, if a spidey sense existed within you, wouldn't it be telling you more then how many digits you will eventually have in your bank?

Do you see yourself working towards the goal of being rich or do you see yourself winning the lottery? There is a difference you know... *shrugs* ... Working hard towards a goal often is rewarding and you're more likely to die from drinking tap water than winning the lottery...

That's your motivation in life. That's what gets you out of bed in the morning and makes you dream at night. You need to find something easier to motivate you because it takes too much work to get rich.

I recommend reading some articles on self-actualization.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Self_actualization

To summarize, being follows from action follows from vision.
The first step is to envision what an individual hopes to
become.
The second step is to take actions which are congruent
with the vision.
The third step is to achieve the being through activating
vision.

This is more of a paranormal question than philosophy. Perhaps spiritual. If your inner mind tells you something, listen closely

Don't knock it, it's better than something telling you that you are a failure and will never amount to anything. Does it worry you?
