You have to be cleverly subtle about it. The best thing i know of is to find a good question on y!a and next time the come creeping around your desk, pose the question to them, before they know it, they'll be worse addicts then you are. Then, in my experience, they will change the company mission to hiring answerers.
And you will have succeeded in a life's dream to get paid for what you do best!

i hate it when that happens at work especially when i am on here busy answering people's question and myspacing...
tell them to hire you an assistant, the workload is unacceptable, it's a violation of human right and worker's law.
