Yes, almost certainly. Home Hub uses standard Wi-Fi technology, as does the Airport Extreme adaptor, so you shouldn't have any difficulty. You will just need to set them up to use the same channel and network ID.

you need to set your AE to act as a bridge to the bt home hub (in network settings) and plug the ethernet cable from the back of the hub to the WAN port on your AE

If you do get any problems, find out if there is a driver update for the airport extreme card first.

please go for any router provided by bt ... bt hub is crap
