No, not a grain of truth in this tired old myth. For one of the many, many recent discussions on the topic see http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=AlDVsL80KipXDGr4J6bS00Pty6IX?qid=20070509025302AAMcajD&show=7#profile-info-AA11530019

The skin around the head kinda protects and seals and sorta preserves your sensitivity. That may result in a quicker orgasm. However, during your intercourse, you are getting more of the "feel".
Once you have intercourse, you could develop a sort of white cottage cheese looking stuff (I forgot the name). It's caused by fungal germs. Taking shower at least once a day will eliminate that. Have fun.

No this is not true. Circumcision will, however, make the penis less sensitive due to nerve damage, but studies have shown that circumcision neither lowers or increases how long it takes a man to ejaculate.

well, take it from me lol. It is kinda true only because the glands are covered; giving it more sensations and increasing the time of plateu leading to orgasum.
