Yes you can you can fracture the metacarpals these are the small bones in your hands and can be very painful,also you can fracture your scaphoid which is the small bones under your palm.

Your not punching it hard enough. It's certainly possible unless it's a stub wall, in which case your hand might go right through it. I suppose it's better than punching the cat, but do you have to? Next time go for a run in the park.

Sure you can. But you probably already knew that huh? Hurts like hell doesn't it? Ice it down, get to the doctor for some xrays.

When you're all healed up, invest in a punching bag and some gloves. These are excellent for venting anger (and softer than walls)

Yes. I've done it. You can break your hand punching anything. You can also hurt your wrist if it rolls on impact. Ice it down and go to the doctor to get an x-ray. It's an urban myth that you can't move whatever is broken, so it's best to get checked out by a doctor.

yeah you can break several bones in your hand.. why do you think you have broken a bone?? I would go to A&E if its really bad..

Definitely! Walls are solid! if you think you have a broken bone try to keep your hand still and go to the gospital. if you have a broken finger strap it to the next finger along to support it and then go to the hospital.
