I would also recommend a local store. That way you can choose the size of the rocks, and see the condition of the organisms growing on them. It's natural for live rock to be packed in wet paper (rather than water because of the additional weight) so there will be some die-off. If you buy it from the store, any ammonia from the die-off is in their tanks, not yours. Stores usually keep it a couple of weeks so the rock "cures" and organisms on it start to grow. You'll get healthier rock this way.

I'm not a fan of live sand. The only thing the "live" refers to is the bacteria, and after sitting on a store shelf for who knows how long, the only thing alive are the anaerobic (without oxygen) bacteria. Your tank is an aerobic (with oxygen) environment. I've also seen red slime algae growing in the bags, and this isn't something you want in your tank.

Good live rock will seed the sand with bacteria so even the dry stuff will be "live" in a couple of months, and you'll save the cost of "live" which may not be!

in case you're searching for a rapid restoration (as a techniques because of the certainty the sand is going) you will get a diamond goby as immediately as your tank is cycled. they are super for containing the sand stirred up so algae and different stressful subject concerns won't have the potential to strengthen on it.

It would help if we knew where you lived, but in general you local fish store should have some as long as they deal with saltwater tanks.
