Has anyone been to palama Nova in Majora??

Question

Can anyone teel me what it is Like and recommend any good bars/Discos..??
Going on a stag party in June.. need some info before we go..

Also if you stayed in Palma Nova, what hotel did you stay in and what was it like???

If you can give prices of Beer and stuff please let me know..

Hi,

Been to Mallorca about 5 times now, palma nova is the resort that is next to Maggaluf, the reorts are like a big L shape, so walking distance from each resort is 10 mins max.
Jo banana's is a good bar for starting the night off, this is on the corner of paklma nova beach and magaluf beach.
The main club in Magaulf is BCM it's expensive for entry and drinks, so I would reccomend getting lashed in the bars surrounding before you go in.
The prices vary from bar to bar but about 3 euro for a bottle of bear £1.50, but cocktails if bought buy the fishbowl,work out alot cheaper, the booze is free poured, so you know it's game over for you if you rink one of those.
They also do an amazing laser show over the sea, sounds odd, but everyone sits on the beach a bit like cafe del mar in ibiza, and watches the show.
If you want a macdonalds then there is one at the far end of palma nova beach, would lay off the big macs, the red meat dont taste like beef!!! LOL.

Yes stayed there lodza times and lived there for a few months, Magaluff is only 10 mins walk away so thats were the main bars are, however i will recommend one in Palma Nova - Bannana Joes, its on the cornor before you get to Magaluff there is 2 bars at either end, However if you are looking for a really good Club you should go to BCM in Magaluff its great all big DJs go there and they have foam partys etc............... if you need directions just ask one of the many touts !
As for hotel there are loads, personally i would recommend the mimosa park !

we went two years ago for the new year, stayed at a very good hotel called the Rosa Del mar, good food at a reasonable price and plenty of choice. because palma nova and magaluf are more or less one town i haven't got time to list all the good bars and discos, but there is one place in palma nova called Munroe's, where we had some really great nights, beer is a fair price all over the island and most of it is good stuff. hope you enjoy yourselves
