It's infinite - they're snot, slobber and poop machines. I think there are little factories inside them!

The only way to dry her up would be to literally stop giving her water or any liquid, which of course would be VERY detrimental to her health. That never ending stream will only clear up when she kicks the cold or whatever. And, it's actually better, when sick, if the mucous is runny, rather than stuffing up her head.
Frustrating for you and her, I know.

Lots and lots, but pleeeeeease let me suggest that you NOT use kleenex because it's going to leave her nose really chapped. Use cloth diapers to wipe her nose, it'll be much easier on her delicate skin.
