They are all good but if I had to choose it would be episode 3.
It shows you how a good person can be made to go down the wrong path. In trying to avoid Padme's death, he choose the wrong path that resulted in her death anyway. It shows manipulation at its finest.

I always think that Star Wars movie are stupid fantasy for stupid peoples. But if I have to choose, I'll choose the first one (the original) as the best....it's mean episode 3.
