Honestly, I think most of Springer's guests are fakes (in fact, I know a couple of actors who went on once just for fun). With that in mind, I think Maury's guests have less dignity because they are trying to be serious.

Springer's guests, hands down, have the least dignity! I quit watching both those shows years ago as they are just ludicrous! Jerry is still the King of Sleaze, Maury is still Prince to the Throne! Have a great day! Annie

Jerry Springer and here is why: Jerry AND his crowd geers the guest and makes fun of them.
he sucks...big time. i will not watch his show.

Springer by a mile. My brother-in-law and niece were on it and you don't get much lower.
