Mitchell K. Shick of at the Coles County Court House in Charleston Illinois Commits specific violations concerning general assembly law 14.5(a) Illinois law, and Constitutional laws, which violates his oath of office, and is considered an act of treason; My question is, why is it when you have un-disputable proof of this on paper, no one in the government will take action against this kind of crime. Are judges above the law? and if so, why have laws in the first place.

Judges and prosecutors are in fact above the law, and answer to no one when they commit crimes against the people. It has become a national disgrace, with over 35% of those convicted victims of judicial and or prosecutorial fraud.
The best thing to do is support J.A.I.L. (the Judicial Accountability Initiative Law), J.A.I.L., is a single-issue national grassroots movement designed to end the rampant and pervasive judicial corruption in the legal system of the United States.
They need some very serious support, after the failure of their North Dakota ballot measure when the N.D. Atty General wrote the voter pamphlet, totally mis-stating the goals of the initiative. Judicial crime at the highest level...

Judges THINK they are above the law, just as all other hubris-infected politicians do. Judges ARE corrupt. Judges, in almost any instance, are not the impartial, unbiased, wise and fair individuals they believe themselves to be; their own prejudices, bigotries, and personal demons keep them from being the omniscient neutral jurors they portray themselves as. Judges are only human, but their wealth, arrogance, status, position and influence stand in the way of their humanity.
Put two people in front of a white judge for the same offense: one a poor black person and one a wealthy white person. The black guy will go to jail; the white guy will get off with only a minor slap on the wrist. It happens every day in practically every courtroom in this country. Judges are despicable; remember "and Justice for All..."??? It's only gotten worse since then. -RKO- 05/10/07
