Well, I'm a single mom, attractive, not poor, and I do shop at Wal-Mart from time to time, but I'm not desperate. But I'm sure it's an excellent place for losers to pick up chicks.

First of all, I have to shop at WalMart because I live in the South and they are everywhere :P, but let me tell you...when I was single, I had guys hit on me all the time there (even with my son there with me), and It royally pissed me off. I go there only to buy food, not to hang out or find a date. It got so bad, I had to have someone go with me every time I needed groceries just so people would leave me the he** alone. I should be able to get groceries withou having to worry about some perv trying to talk dirty to me. Besides, you can't just look at someone and tell if they are a single mom and poor. What are you gonna do if you try and get turned down? Talk to every women in the store who you assume is an ADPSM? I think you run a high risk of getting slapped if you assume things about people and decide to spill a few pick up lines. Just because the store is WalMart, doesn't mean that it is filled with rednecks and low life people. Everyone needs food.

Your friend must be really homely to pick up poor, desperate women, have him try the ones who live in a van down by the river. Mothers who shop at Wal-Mart are beautiful, thrifty, smart and TAKEN!!

if that is what he wants he must be a very weak man who can't handle a strong woman. tell your friend that single mothers are some of the most strongest women out there. If he is looking for some one who is desperate and weak he doesn't need to get with a single mother.

Well, with the exception of me of course (you can include me in the attractive part but not desperate or single mother category), check out the clearance racks I think that's where they hold their meetings.
