Well if it hasn't been invented yet... then how could it possibly be an invention? I mean, I have a few ideas, but those are ideas, not inventions, mate.

What a fun question.
I'm cheating a little; I read and write sci-fi; but here are six i would enjoy having.
1. A small household disintegrator chamber, for getting rid of papers, etc. (See ":Forbidden Planet" for this device).
2. A wall-sized 5' by 9' screen for movies that would be as good a visual experiene as a movie theater. (There's a huge version of this for public works in "Things to Come".)
3. A tricorder camera like the one used on "Star Trek" to permit visual communication using satellites almost anywhere--this one is getting closer to being available on computers.
4. A very good three-dee simulator that would let you try on hats, shirts, hairdos, etc.on an image of yourself before getting them.
5. A perfected faster than light speed long range probe for use by starships and en on Earth to give pictures and samples of other star systems and worlds.
6. A much-improved magnifier and visiual implants and audial hearing aids for use by those who cannot see well enough to read smaller print or hear necessary sounds.

Just so you understand, if they haven't been invented yet, they're not inventions. They're just ideas or concepts. Any technology you can think of that doesn't yet exist is the answer to your question.

If they have not been invented, then they are not inventions. One such welcomed invention would be to find a way to stop such foolish questions from entering the pool seeking legitimate answers.

The 'Quantum Computer' is still being worked on.
Nano-switches are still being developed.
A 'death ray weapon' i.e. microwave burst gun is still in the works.
Invisibility technology is making progress.
The 600 mph underwater torpedo or missle is being tested.
But an 'infallible legal system' is still fantasy.
