no, borat, they made that against the law in the 22ND amendment, "No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice, and no person who has held the office of President, or acted as President, for more than two years of a term to which some other person was elected President shall be elected to the office of the President more than once."

you can serve a max of 10 years, if you are VP and the president dies in office or is unable to command, then you take over, and if it is in the last two years of the presidency, then this does not count for a term, but if it happens in the frist year, then it does.

FDR was the only pres to be elected to three terms, before the amendment was passed.
