So big that it towed me around the lake in my rubber raft for 3 days before becoming exhausted and beaching itself....from there on it was hand to fin combat! I jabbed it with the oar, it smacked me flat with it's tail. I grabbed it by the gills and yanked while it tried to bite my elbow! O! It were a vicious fish!
Once I got it gutted and skinned it fed my entire family for a year, we made a raincoat for my 500lb Uncle Bernie from it's skin and see that umbrella in the back yard? That's it's fins!

It depends on whom I am talking to. The more people start bragging, the more it "took a crane to reel it in" etc.
The largest was of course as large as a limousine, and set a secret world record "no, you can't look it up, people are jealous."

Mine was about 15 inches long..it was a Carp..them things can get big!@ It was a heavy bugger!
