I have two nephews, who suffer from mild autism, and we know it is from the shots, which they took unknowingly. I don't want something to happen to Larry's baby, or anyone elses baby..Please read this link........http://www.thinktwice.com/..........if you have a child, or are going to have a baby..before you enter into the world of immunizations and make up your mind...I know, that if something happened to Dannielynn, it will probably be fluffed off as "well, you know her mom was a drug addict"....Please, anyone know how I can send this to him?

Well, there are people suing the government right now over being forced into taking the shots. Big pharmecuitical companies, and Washington lobbiest, have pushed for this..requirement? 96 shots now before they get out of school...My son has refused, and has done it legally...You just need to know what the law really says

I cannot believe the ignorance of some people...before the shots, 1 in 500,000 kids had autism..now, it is one in 163..who would subject their kids to this if they knew the truth? And can you prove to me there is NOT a link? Prove that, and I will remain quiet.

And to the person who resorted to name calling, you might do your self justice, to research this in a book, not tea leaves.

P.S., I had mumps, measles, AND chicken pox when I was little, and the body made it's own defense mechanisms....These shots, are DESTROYING the natural immune system..the mercury, is what is causing the retardation. WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE???? TOO MANY KIDS ARE BECOMING AUTISTIC< BECAUSE PEOPLE LIKE YOU DON"T CARE???

sorry for getting angry, but don't let the doctors, greedy drug companies, or government lobbiest, destroy your lives, or the lives of your kids...Please accept my apologies, I am very passionate about this. It is protecting little innocent children if I can..including Dannielynn

You have been seriously mislead. Can you point to one scientific study that has shown a link? Not a psuedo-journatlist's account of someone else's hypothesis but a real, solid, peer reviewed study? I bet you can't because it does not exist. I could link to tons of studies that have been carried out and could not find a link but you could just go to Pubmed.com, type in autism vaccine and see for yourself-if you really care about the truth. This is a legitimate site within the scientific community because works here are reviewed by peers in the same fields of study. You can't question the validility of it unlike your shady link.

Yes many people are suing but they have no case-the science does not back them up. The Autism Omnibus case this June probably won't last a week before it is thrown out.

I doubt you have ever spent one hour really studying this issue. It is an insult to those of us who spend a significant amount of time following it and making judgements based on sound science.

Spew your vitriol when you have a little REAL evidence, otherwise, you're just another voice screaming into the wind.

immunizations are not soley responsible for autism. there has to be a "connection", meaning genetics play a role in how a child will respond to vaccines.

if parents are worried about vaccines and their children, the scientists need to rule out genetic predisposition to autism-anotherwords, a child needs to have genetic testing to see if they are more succeptable to acquiring autism.

the scientists have to isolate the genetics before they can accurately do the correct testing.

the vaccines and the ingriedents only pose as a threat to certain children-until they find the puzzle pieces (genetics more succeptable thereof,) no child is safe.

just with certain dogs-ie, pitbulls for instance-they show no disposition issues until after certain vaccinations are given. so certain genetics this dog may have, may make them more succeptable to aggressive behaviour-it's almost as if they had bi-polar illness, which is in danger itself.

unfortunately, most typical americans and people have no idea of the connections- and this isn't the only issue regarding vaccines. vaccines set the role for much later issues like ADD/ADHD, cancers, depression (which can be the first sign of addiction!) and the actual virus vaccines are supposed to protect a person from. We see skin rashes of all kinds that are not really "controlled" by medicine, kidney disease as well as many others like chronic mono, CIDP (all forms of guillian barre)....the list is endless.

Not every child will be born with or eventually be diagnosed with any form of autism, but it could be something worse like luekemia, lung disease (asthma) ect....

Vaccines for the most part are keeping us from the harm of diseases like polio, measles ect, but down the road we do know that sooner or later many will come down with diseases that may have "branched off" from the vaccine....

I think the medical field is much more advanced to find "cures" to treat these diseases instead of giving vaccines that overload the bodies defense mechanisms-which can leave a child more succeptable to other diseases while antibodies against a certain disease are being fought by the body.

Regardless, vaccines do prevent illnesses-BUT they also create an entire new issue and that is diseases that have no cure-ie, cancer, cipd ect.

WHICH immunizations are you referring to? ALL of them? That's silly. There are a lot of childhood diseases that need to be immunized against.....would you really want to subject your kid to the dangers of, say, mumps or measles or worse when you know the threat can be eliminated with a simple shot? I agree that the government shouldn't step in and require shots, though.....that should be left up to the parents and their paid medical professionals. I think Larry has a few good paid medical professionals to take care of that precious baby.

Yeah and just think your (nephews) kid will (maybe) grow up to have kids, and those kids (will most likely have more than 2) will be unprotected.
So now instead of your one kid getting the shots and dying, you have more kids getting the shots and dying.
See now if you would have taken them to get the shots and then have them die first, you could have saved your child the heart break of losing their kids.
Yes it sounds messed up, but that's the truth of it all.
We give out all these shots so people can live longer, but are genetically inferior.

Child immunizations are the law, people found withholding them can be charged with child abuse, I have a child and know a whole lot of people that have children that have not been affected by immunizations....if in doubt talk to your pediatrician and if they like get a second opinion, don't go off and risk a child unnecessarily.

You would have to obtain legal counsel to get around this and prove that your child is not a threat to others by not having the required immunizations

Sorry, but there is no proved link between immunizations and autism. The 'evidence' produced could never be confirmed, either by the doctor who originally claimed it or any other doctor. It is rumor. What the child can get without immunizations is proved. It is scare mongering like this that has allowed the resurgence of some childhood diseases that were almost eradicated.

i'm very sorry to hear about your nephew. however, until there is much more credible research done to prove (which is hasn't yet) that immunizations can cause autism or other major health problems, immunizations are our very best chance at keeping our children from suffering or dying needlessly when it comes to certain diseases. not to sound uncaring, but at this point, the benefits far outweigh the vague possibility of risks. parents should listen to their childrens' doctors on this matter.

Ummmm...why don't you let him make that decision for himself. How exactly, do you know, with 100% surety that the autism was caused by the shots? And how did they get them unknowingly? Sounds fishy to me. If you don't want your kids to be immunized, fine. But other parents need to make that decision for themselves. Leave Larry alone.

immunizations is the law. this can effectively reduce or eradicate diseases that can kill a child. you must outweigh the pros's and con's. a baby getting polio, mumps, rubella, measles, and other known bugs, can die a very painful death. which is worse than autism.
