I just replaced the sunroof fuse in my 97' chevy monte carlo... I assume its safe for me to use*its summer!!*.. but couldnt this one fuse be the begining of more problems? Should I take her*the car* in to where I bought it to check for problems?

I wouldn't be too worried about it, if it happens only once. If you replace the blown fuse and it happens again, then it is time to have it repaired. It would indicate that there is either a short in the wiring, or a bad motor. good luck.

Try finding an independent shop instead of the dealer or a chain store because you will be overall more pleased with the findings and the service.

only if the fuse blows again that will mean you have ashotr to ground in your wiring

yep! i will take it to the dealer. fuse blows when there is a short circuit or if you use ( sun roof ) on /off repeatedly
