It's fine, but you should put a full stop (period) after "energy mix" and make "In 2025..." the start of a new sentence.

"however" is not the problem. The problem arises out of the passive voice constructions. As a consequence "it" after however is unclear.

However is perfectly fine. However, your real problem is the commas. Get rid of all of them.
