Custody matters and what would make u lose your kids? part 2?

i had ask a question early and someone posted a question about my fiance and if he does anything .i have been with him since 96 when my ex walked out on me.he has been here for my sons more then my ex ever has,he would take my sons to practices and doctors apptments with me and he took the boys hiking camping etc ...so he does play a big part in my sons lives. then the person asked why i didnt remarry i lived on my own with my sons for 9 1/2 yrs after the ex left cause i felt it was the right thing to do for it to be the boys and i and not move a man in cause i didnt want the boys to feel uncomfortable i felt i was doing the right thing spending my time with my boys at our home with just us ,yes my fiance took us to games and practices and shopping all that but i lived with just my sons and i then when my fiance asked about us buying a home together i made sure it was ok with my sons their opinion and how they feel about things is a big part

as for school yes i do talk to teacher and guidance counslers i do all i can for my sons my 17 yr old hates it wont do nothing i have grounded took everything away it did nothing i called job corp my son was interested in tryin it but dad told him he didnt agree with sending him there and he didnt like the idea .my son is talking about quiting when he is 18 and he says its his right which it is and i told i couldnt stop him when he is 18 but i asked him to plz get your ged and go to a trade school so u can have a life.i have been bending over backwards left and right tryin to help him in school and everything so dont think i just sit here and dont care. i have been doing this for all my sons since they started school. my other two teenaged boys have brought their grades up big time cause they dont want to live with dad last year they were being lazy with school work .i paid to put the one thru summer school.my other son past thru . i have been taking care of all my sons and their needs

my oldest son graduated he has a great job he is gonna be a dad and he is getting married .i am doing my damnest to help my sons achieve in life also .i go to the schools i talk to the teachers guidance counslers everything the teachers and guidance tell me that i am very devoted to my sons to try and help them make something out of their lives and dad fights me with everything .see some of you only know what i post on here there is so much u all dont know..
i have gotten all the help for my sons with school and other programs i did and do all i can for my sons cause i care about what will happen with their future.to answer the one persons questions. i would call dad and tell him there grades and everything i was doing all i got was ok he never would call his sons and ask how school was going nothing i called him when the kids had projects you know something their dad would do with them i heard i am busy..so it was either my fiance or the boys uncle to come help them.

my sons have to great male role models in their life well now three they look up to their older brother...also my oldest has add he always struggled in school he had a iep for all of grade school then they drop it on him i keep gettin him retested cause he tells me he has a hard time and then he gives up i tell him u cant give up and i wont let you i am on him all the time.i tried everything he hates it with a passion so i am gonna push what ever way i can for him to have some kind of life if that means a ged and a trade school i ll do what i can for my son and my other sons i dont just sit on my butt and do nothing . i have been taking care of my sons since 96 when he walked out. my fiance is a wonderful man and takes good care of my sons .my ex only came when it was his visitation time and only paid 50 aweek for 10 yrs and told me if i sued him he would give up his rights i didnt want my sons to hate me for their dad not coming around.so i raised my sons on my own 50 dont do nothing

my ex told me he would give up his rights when he walked out.

well guess what 2006 he stopped paying his big 50 aweek so i did it i finally sued cause my sons told me to .
i took care of their clothing needs,food,shelter,sports activities everything.
i took them to the doctors,dentist,er trips,my sons two surgeries everything.

while this man party and had sex with every women he could and no i am not jealous trust me i was so happy to get away from the abuse .

then he ended up with a women that wanted all the boys attention so the boys would come home upset cause the only time they had with him was the weekends and she wouldnt let him spend it with him.

then he met his wife she was great with the boys they love her well he left her 5 months pregnant with their 2 yr old son...

went to a bar and never went home nice isnt it the he was shacked up in 5 days with a new women.

now he does he seem to be a family man to you ?

i dont do drugs i have one glass of wine every 2 months just to relax .i am here for my sons 24/7 .i take care of my sons and their needs .no one comes before them no one...

i will fight all the way to keep my sons .
my ex is only doing this cause he doesnt want to pay child support he admitted this to his boss before he got fired.

my exs wife sued him for child support now he also wants custody of those children as well .

so he wants 5 kids with him and his gf and her 2 kids and a handicapped women they moved in with only having a 3 bdrm home .my kids sleep on the floors and couches .while everyone else has beds nice isnt it.

my sons do not want to live with them
they told me the couches have dog piss on them the handicapped lady poops and pisses in her pants the house stinks all the time...they just hate it there and when they are their there in the front room he is in the kitchen with his gf.doesnt bother with them ..

so all i can say is i will fight for them

Like Ive told you before, you have absolutely nothing to worry about here. You have too much time on your hands and youre double guessing yourself and all our answers. Calm down. He will destroy himself all by himself. Hes a bad example and just the kind the courts stay away from when it comes to custody issues. You dont have to proof a thing to him or the courts, its all up to him and I cant see a thing where he would win. Just worry about the kids and what youre going to do tomorrow and the rest will take care of itself

I couldn't read the whole novella and stay interested, All I can say is be a good mom and don't put your goat out on the front porch for someone to get. Dad sounds like an ***, what comes around goes around, focus on the positive things in life.
