I live in an apartment and I want to know what type of flowers/plants can live in apartments w/ minimal sunlight (live on lower level, partially underground). What type are resilient enough to stay outside in hanging baskets or pots??

Inside plants still need some light violets, spider plant and snake plant should do well...re: hanging baskets what area do you live in?
