The Swedish Government succeeded in stopping a manuscript by a Palestinian, titled PALESTINA MITT LAND, or something close. Does anyone have any information about this, one of many, censorship attacks on free speech by the Swedish Government?

The Swedes have no problem with it so why should anyone else? They are one of the freest societies. Just because they will not tolerate hate speech of any sort does not make them repressive. Find another drum to beat.

Sweden
Freedom of speech is regulated in three parts of the Constitution of Sweden.

Regeringsformen, Chapter 2 (Fundamental Rights and Freedoms) protects personal freedom of expression “whether orally, pictorially, in writing, or in any other way”[14]

Tryckfrihetsförordningen (Freedom of the Press Act) protects the freedom of printed press, as well as the principle of free access to public records (offentlighetsprincipen) and the right to communicate information to the press anonymously. For a newspaper to be covered by this law, it must be registered and have a “responsible editor”.[15]
Yttrandefrihetsgrundlagen (Fundamental Law on Freedom of Expression) extends protections similar to those of Tryckfrihetsförordningen to other media, including television, radio and web sites.[16]
Certain restrictions on freedom of speech exist, notably regarding hate speech against any group based on ethnicity, race and creed, and since 2002 also against homosexuals. Some notable recent cases are Radio Islam and Åke Green.

Is free speech something guaranteed to all Swedes by their constitution or laws?? Maybe the manuscript was inflammatory and was suppressed by the government for good reason.

Chow!!

But...but other nations don't necessarily guarantee free speech. In fact, Sweden has restrictions on hate speech and some forms of religious speech/expression.
