Select a good place and the locality, where people will normally spend time to relax, like park, near School, Colleges, Offices. Survey the place how potential it is, in generating the revenue and a respectable profit for you. Then approach, big brands for a Franchisee. While calculating your margin of profit, consider the interest on the deposit, ( If any ) and the fee, payable to them.

Once the agreement is over, get the required licence from Local Authorities, and start. Good luck.

First do a market study to see if its a viable business for that area. That is a very competitive field in many areas. The fact that it might very well never be a cost effective business and the payback period might be measured in many years says its not really a good investment of time or money. Look at the successful ones in the area and see how they function.

First you need to write a business plan, including all the details of what you'll need to do, anticipated expenses and income (in some detail). The business plan will serve as your guide to establishing and operating the shop, and will also tell you whether it's viable - whether you can make money, and what you have to do in order to make money. It will also be presented to potential lenders if you apply for financing.
