You need to make an appeal to the higher court. Your question is not clear.

Get over yourself and pay. This happens to men every day. If you choose not to pay, or are unable to pay, you should be hunted like a dog endlessly until you are finally brought to justice (just like they do to men). Then you should have most of your paychecks taken without your approval and possibly be jailed for some time to think about your ignorance. Then when you get out of jail, the man should be able to hold this over your head and force you to do whatever his slightest fancy might be. For the rest of your life you should be vulnerable to this mans influence. Shut up and pay. Come back when you have a viable complaint.

If the child is with his father, you have to pay 17% of your income in child support for one child (and 25% for 2 children).

Does someone other than yourself have custody of the child? If so -- then you have to pay.
